I was hoping to start taking SI this month after a couple of unsuccessful cycles TTC. I can only find Holland and Barrett range which seem to be 750mg a tablet which seems significantly more than the 100mg-120mg dosage most people take. I’m a bit confused by this insofar as its 7x the recommended dosage which even the shop assistant seemed surprised by.
Has anyone taken the H&B SI? Or maybe there’s another you would recommend?
