Conceive plus lube...worth it?

So I've got a 30ml bottle of conceive plus as apparently normal lube acts a barrier and this one doesn't...I've seen some positive comments but can anyone give any opinions on it? Thank you!!

It's good if you need a lube while TTC. Never helped me get pregnant though.
