Two weeks late negative test

Hi please can someone help.
i ovulate very late in my cycle (day 22) and usually have a very short luteal stage (less than 10 days). So anyway I ovulated on 22nd November confirmed with strip testing, so normally period would start on 30-31st. But still no period. I took a pregnancy test on Sunday negative, Tuesday two very faint positives and yesterday negative. I’ve had one and off cramping for a week and sore boobs - these symptoms have lessened now. Still no sign of period. Any advice?

I would imagine 2 faint positives nearly 2 weeks after your AF is due (should be darker by then) followed by a negative isn’t good news. You may need to wait it out and test every few days. GP’s don’t tend to do anything this early on but you could call for advice if you’re worried

Although if your AF was due 30th November/1st December then it’s only just over a week late not 2 weeks.

of you ovulated 22nd November then you’re now 16dpo so 2 days ago when you tested positive at 14dpo would be normal to get a not so dark positive then if you implanted late but getting a negative the following day suggests maybe a chemical. I’ve just had 2 of these in a row and didn’t start bleeding until a few days after my positive tests turned negative

I’m so sorry if it is that. I know how crappy it feels. I would test again in the morning though and see what the result is and then if it’s still negative I would take it as a chemical but you never know

That’s definitely positive. I would test again in 2-3 days time and make sure the line is getting darker but you’re definitely pregnant

Tests can sometimes give a false negative and the 2 faints positives would only have been 14dpo so you likely implanted late. Definitely go by how many days dpo not how many days past your period is due as with shorter LPs dpo is likely to be more accurate. Congratulations!

Congratulations OP! Did you take another test?
We ovulated similar time and I'm 2 days late but no positive test at all :(
