Hello friends,

this month (cycle 4) we followed the ‘Sperm meets egg plan’. I’m on day 6 or 7 after ovulation and I have absolutely zero symptoms. No breast tenderness, no massive cramps, no nausea, headaches etc. Is it too early to even spot symptoms? I feel like this month isn’t our month as surely I would have sensed something? I feel annoyed with myself for even being this paranoid but I feel like with every passing day I’m losing hope.

Nope loads of people don’t have symptoms. I didn’t with my daughter, didn’t even realise I was pregnant until the symptoms hit at nearly 7 weeks!

I had symptoms from around 7/8dpo with my latest 2 pregnancies but they both ended in early miscarriage so in my head I prefer no symptoms for me. It’s all in my head though as most people who have symptoms (and who don’t) go on to have healthy pregnancies and babies

Thank you so much for your reply. It feels very hard to think this way as it seems the overall majority do have some symptoms and the chances of me being in that minority, like yourself, feels very slim. It’s hard not to let it get to my head. I don’t think I’m that lucky. Sometimes I wish there was more evidence based research on this so then at least I could feel more relaxed during the tww.

@Mumbrava honestly I know quite a few people who had no symptoms until 4-5 weeks so after a bfp so I really wouldn’t assume no symptoms means no pregnancy and as I’ve found symptoms doesn’t mean it’s necessarily better.
