Trying again (MMC)

Hi all,

I had a MMC discovered at 12 week scan back in May. Got post mortem results in September and it was something called amniotic bands. So essentially these little fibres came away from the amniotic sac and wrapped around umbilical cord. Consultant told me this is very rare and unlikely to happen again. But I was since chatting to a friend with gynaecology issues who said her consultant said lots of women had pelvic inflammation since having their covid vaccines. I'm not anti vax, I had all and booster. But now that we're thinking of trying again I'm getting myself worried. I suppose my question is, has anyone vaccinated managed to conceive and carry again ok after miscarriage or has anyone tried again successfully after amniotic bands?

Thanks
