Sorry long story I’ll try and do bullet points:
-coil out 18th august, confirmed ovulating same day.
-2 weeks later had first period after years of constraception

• 2 weeks after that ovulated got pregnant
• miscarried at 5+4
• 3 weeks later ovulated got pregnant again
• 4+4 miscarried

im 36 and my partner is 41 clearly we have no issues in getting pregnant but can’t apparently keep them in there! I have a couple of questions: I stopped bleeding after my last miscarriage 3 days ago and feel totally back to normal- can we have sex again yet? has anyone used baby aspirin after miscarriages to see if it helps prevent?? should I wait for another period before trying again? I know they say they like people to wait but that’s for dating reasons. id just like some advice because I’m getting frustrated 😢

I feel you. I’ve just had 2 early miscarriages in a row too 😞. I first was cycle 5 ttc and then again cycle 6 so feel back to square once when we first started ttc. My GP did say with a very early miscarriage like this (6 weeks or less) that it’s fine to try again right away and they count the bleed as a period so would date as normal

I have a face to face appointment with my GP this week as he wants to refer me to gynae specialists as I spot 3 days before AF too then these 2 early miscarriages in a row but all of my blood tests have come back with really good results and I’ve had progesterone on 7dpo done twice too both with great levels but I think it crashes a day or so after this causing the spotting and miscarriages but I don’t know for sure

i just wanted you to know you’re not alone. Have you requested initial bloods to be taken at the GPs?

@allgoodthings84 sorry for your losses 😢 I have an appointment with my GP on 23rd dec but I will ovulate before then 🙈 so I know I need to wait but I also know what I’m like and how impatient I am 😂😂😂

@ellie74x I’m really sorry for your losses too. I don’t think you have to wait if you don’t want to. I kind of wish I had waited this cycle though because if I follow the same pattern then I’ll be miscarrying over all of Xmas. I did miss dtd ovulation day though and I doubt I’ll get pregnant 3 cycles in a row. It would be the best Xmas ever if I got a bfp and didn’t miscarry but I’m not hopeful. I just refuse to give up unless I find out I have to.
