Negative but late period

Started ttc for the first time for baby number 1 in November and my periods are usually regular to the day but this month I’m 2 days late. I’ve done a few first response tests 6 days before period and day before but they were all negative. I took another test today (day 2 of missed period) and still negative.

Am I still testing too early do you reckon or just delayed for another reason? I guess just odd that the first month I’m ttc I’m late.

I remember a few months ago I was a week late, I was absolutely adamant that I was pregnant and I wasn’t, I guess I just ovulated later that month.

It’s also normal to completely miss a period sometimes.

But wait another few days to see if it comes or not and test again x
