I just wanted to see if my eyes are playing tricks on me or not. I've had to adjust the contrast of the pic to make it slightly more visible. I hat do you think?

Thanks guys, problem is I had period which finished last week then start spotting brown which is abnormal for me so prompted me to test. I'm sure this is probably a chemical or very early miscarriage.

Don't know, I've had 'lines' like this. If I'm honest. it looks like an indent or an evaporation line as there is no colour.

I recently had a batch of FRER where every single one came out like this. Except I was doing an emrbyo transfer and having my blood tested every second day so I knew for sure it was negative. Never had that issue until the four FRERs I bought in the last three weeks. Usually they're stark white if negative. So I'm not sure if it's actually positive unfortunately, based on that. Can you try a different brand too?

I can see a second line but if it’s not an indent (which it could be can’t really tell) and you had a normal period only last week and then spotting after that then it suggests a chemical and still have HGC in your system

I’m really sorry but if that was a full bleed and spotting after the full bleed then it’s unlikely to have been implantation (was that bleed at your proper period time?) and if you was pregnant from before that bleed then the line would be a lot darker by now I would imagine.

Best thing to do is take another test in a couple days

Yes I totally agree, defo think it's a late pick up of a chemical preg. My period was at its normal time, but the brown spotting came after which is totally abnormal for me.

@maria2bela1 without wanting to worry you, they could be symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy. I’d stay vigilant.

This is todays one, almost invisible but I can defo see something in person, hard to get on pic. Might be Evaps I suppose...Regardless I've had a period and then spotting, if it was a viable pregnancy that line would be darker by now. I'm just hoping not ectopic as I've had an ectopic previously which had to be surgically removed

If you've had a period already that's not a positive. There isn't anything there in either photo, apart from the indent line which appears in every text.

@maria2bela1 hey. I don't think I can see anything on the tests, but just wanted to mention that I had a period at the start of Nov. A couple of days after the period ended, I had some pregnancy symptoms familiar from my son, took a test and got a strong BFP. It turned out to be ectopic unfortunately, and I had surgery about 10 days ago to remove my left fallopian tube. Could you ask your GP to do some bloods for you? Really hope it's not a second ectopic, sorry to add to any worry, but if you are getting positive tests it's definitely worth speaking to your Dr. I had heavy spotting too btw about a week after my "period" ended, which was a normal red colour. Best of luck x

I don't think you need to worry about ectopic. These tests commonly pick up hcg as low as 5, and at most this is an evaporation line.
