Help! Differing test results!

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone would be able to offer their opinion/some insight in to this?
I have been on the contraceptive pill for 4/5 years, and the last 6 weeks I have not been taking it. I haven't experience any bleeding yet, no withdrawal bleed, no spotting, nothing. I also have had a rash appear in my underboob area, been having constant acid reflux, and a poorly stomach the past week.
So yesterday morning I took a hCG test strip, and it showed up with two lines after about 10 minutes (I will attach the photo). I then have taken a clear blue test this morning, and it has come back not negative? I was just curious if anyone else has had the same happen and what to do?
I have recently turned 21 and I am not actively trying to have a baby so I really have no idea what to do.
I have googled it and read that it is highly unlikely to get a false positive, and more common to receive a false negative. I am also wary that as this line did not show immediately that it could be an evaporation line?

Just looking for some advice, any is appreciated! :)

@chloegxnt which clearblue test was it lovely? I’d say if that showed negative and this line only appeared after 10 mins it could poss be an evap line xx

Do you have any more tests you could do in the morning?
I don't think the clearblue tests are always as sensitive.
If you get a positive on the strip tomorrow morning before the 10 min window then id class that as a positive.
Good luck!
