I’m all ears! Finally been a year TTC number two.

Some people swear by this. How does it work? What’s it like?

I had it for 4 months every week before conception to regulate cycles and due to previous loss. Also did fertility reflexology too. My cycles definitely improved. Conceived again on first try at 35 and now having it every week during pregnancy too. I will continue it throughout the pregnancy. My acupuncturist has a lot of success stories in our local town and is well known.

I also took expensive conception vitamins called Nua fertility as recommended by fertility reflexologist and coq10. No caffeine, no alcohol, healthy diet, no vigorous exercise regimes (just walking, swimming)

I had it after a loss also. I was pregnant after about one month of sessions . Was very sceptical going in, but really feel it helped me

I tried for 2 years then did a year of acupuncture it didn't result in a pregnancy but I did enjoy it as a little escape from the infertility journey.

I stopped at the end of last year and this year did ivf which resulted in my pregnancy!

I don't see that it can harm and can be a bit of relaxation in a stressful time. I would still recommend even though the outcome wasn't what I had hoped. Wishing you lots of luck xxxx

I started acupuncture in September after a miscarriage in august and I got pregnant. Unfortunately I miscarried this week, I only had the one session of acupuncture as she only worked weekends in my area and I was always working but she has booked me in for this Saturday hopefully brings me luck again 🙂

I tried both acupuncture and reflexology when TTC and the only sucess I had was IVF. The acupuncture I found quite clinical and can't say I really enjoyed it but the reflexology was relaxing

Basically it theoretically works by making a small injury so your body’s healing processes kick in. So if you have something the body can heal naturally it can help

I did it a bit but turns out acupuncture cannot heal ovary cysts. Honestly skip the slow nhs investigations and hippy holistic stuff and get yourself to the most expensive gynaecologist you can afford and ask for a colour internal ultrasound of your womb and ovaries plus full bloods check.
