Possible chemical? Advice please

Hi ladies, just looking for some advice if anyone has experienced similar. Got a positive on a first response Friday morning & another positive this morning but it was quite faint in comparison. I am bracing myself for a chemical & whilst disappointed trying to be positive after a year of trying at least it’s our first ‘pregnancy’ in this time frame. No sign of any bleeding & still have same ‘symtoms’ tingly nipples, odd pulling feeling but no cramps. Just looking for other peoples experiences? How long until you started bleeding? Im 4 +4. I’m not going to torture myself with more tests as both tests were first response from the same pack but I know the waiting will be difficult now…

If they were the same type of test, and both were taken with FMU, that does sound like it could be a chemical... I'll keep everything crossed for you regardless though xx

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. BFP on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday.. but Fridays was quite faint. AF was due on the Saturday and came right on time.

period was due Thursday, so I know the faint positive today is not good news. I suppose I’m just wondering what the norm is - if there even is a normal in this situation. Hoping my period comes sooner than later which will draw a line under it & help me move on I suppose. The limbo part now is difficult.
@Laul89 sorry to hear you experienced the same, it’s not easy even though we only had a few days to get excited!

@Lovemusic2015 aww I know, those few days were so exciting but the disappointment is something else 😢 I won’t ever test again early now.. I’d rather not know & just think it’s AF arriving!

If you haven’t had any bleeding yet then maybe it’s a good sign.. wait a few days and if nothing happens then test again.. you never know! 🤞🏼

Just to update this thread in case anyone else reads it, unfortunately started bleeding on Monday so it was a chemical as suspected. Upset but glad I didn’t have to wait too long wondering. On to the next month 🤞🏻
