Implantation bleed?

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone could help?

I took my bbt this morning on CD28 and when I went to the loo after, I had a teeny weeny bit of blood when wiping.
It wasn't in CM and it was like a reddish colour, definitely not pink and definitely not brown.
I only saw it on that occasion when I wiped, nothing before or since. Could that have been implantation bleeding?

@Ttcmum93 how many dpo are you lovely? I had it around 7-9dpo (didn’t track) on my first pregnancy, it was like light pink discharge on one wipe but I have heard some people do get red bleeding too!

hey there im ment to be on my period today I had unprotected sex on the 13th November took the morning after pill but I don’t know if that worked because I was ovulating at the time and for and recently I’ve been experiencing stomach cramps. Today I got my period but I’m not too sure if it’s an implantation bleed as my period is never this light I have been stressing a lot so it feel like it could be the cause I’m experiencing cramps too someone please give me answers ??
