I had a loss in April and starting trying to conceive right away but didn't happen for us until October but unfortunately that ended in another loss at 5weeks. It was a suspected ectopic but not confirmed, I didn't need any treatment but they advised to wait for 3 months.
However I am tracking ovulation just to see if my body is going back to its usual cycle. I am about to ovulate and I really want to start trying again.
Is it an absolute must to wait? Or is it just advised due to the dates etc.
