When can I test

Hi all, so I'm using flo app. I apparently ovulated around the 14th of this month , but my period is due on the 24th. Flo is saying I can't test till the 30th tho. Surely it's around my period I can test.

I wouldn't trust those apps for accurately predicting ovulation. BBT is definitely the most accurate way to confirm at home.

But, in regards to your question, there's lots of '6 days sooner' tests that can sometimes confirm pregnancy early. Personally, I got my postives at 8DPO.

I wouldn't test until your period is late. It gets very expensive, very disheartening, very quickly.

I agree. Pretty much certain I’m experiencing a chemical right now after 3 positive tests earlier in the week, including yesterday! Started bleeding late last night.

OP I know it’s so hard but I’d try your hardest to wait until your period is at least 1 day late. I’ll never test early after this.. ignorance would have been bliss!

If you've just started charting or recording your cycle it can take some months for your app to learn your cycle.

It might be telling you to test then as you will have missed your period by then.

Pretty sure my app does the same.. as the test will be more accurate the longer you leave it after your period is due. Test whenever you like, but you may get a false negative the earlier you do it.
