I am looking for some help please as i am feeling very depressed and low afer speaking to different fertility clinics. I have been to 2-3 fertility clinics and have been told that i have 1-2% chance with IVF to become pregnant as my AMH is 0.8 and have one follicle remaining, my FSH is 17.5 and one of my ovary is hidden behind my uterus which is not accessible and based on my age its best for me to keep trying naturally or
recommendation is to try donor eggs which we are not keen for. Some clinics are saying 3 natural mild cycles but no there is no guarantee.

I have regular periods after 28-30 days and blood test shows that I am still ovulating.

my partner is 49 so we would need to go with ICSI as add on but again not clear if this is the right option as there is plenty of information on the net explaining pros and cons.

I would like to understand how much will it cost if i was to go with the ivf + ICSI process and also is my AMH going to drop more further if i still try iVF either conventional or natural.

Please if anyone could share their experiences /thoughts as it seems to be I am alone in this darkness.

Thanks

Thank you... This is very reassuring. I have nearly given up after listening to the doctors that there is a very low chance as I am over the age of 40 and moreover my results are not that great.
What was your Amh?
Anything you would advice and how long did you tried before you conceived?

Best Wishes
