TTC Faint line?

TTC for a while now. I have a regular cycle of 21 days. My last period was October the 24th and I was due my recent one on the 14th of November. It still hasn’t arrived and I’ve taken a test I think I see a faint line but think I have line eyes! Can you please help

Is it still too early to tell if this is a pregnancy? Or too early for HCG levels to be rising?

I can see something, but I'm not sure from the photo if the line has any colour (so could be an evap). I would also expect a clearer line of you're four days late. Unfortunately all you can do it wait a few days and see if the line gets darker. I really hope you get your darker line

I think the test looks promising! I also agree with @AntiqueRug and would confirm with FRER.

My DP is going to collect some in the morning, I was worrying as my cycle is so short it would be too early too tell yet?

Do you know when you ovulated? A short cycle doesn't mean it's too early to test, it may mean you have a short luteal phase. If you are late for your period then a pregnancy should definitely show up on a FRER (I know some women don't have a positive for some time after they are late, but that's the minority - the vast majority will show a positive on the day of the missed period). You clearly have a line on the test, and you say it's got colour in real life (these things are hard to capture on a photo sometimes), so if so, that means you have HCG in your urine, which means a pregnancy - nothing else can cause a coloured test line to appear. What you now need is for that line to darken over the next few days. As I said in my initial post, the line is very light considering you are late on your period, but only more tests in the days to come will tell you what's going on. The uncertainty is so stressful, I've been there, but it really is only a question of time and more testing

I have never checked ovulation dates as I’ve never wanted to put that pressure on myself to get pregnant, I had ovulation type symptoms around the 4th November. This is my confusion I have only ever had clear negatives and never a faint line so unsure either way. I will try the FRER in the morning and cross my fingers!
