How often to bd?

I have read somewhere that you should only bd every other day rather than every day in order for enough sperm to build up in dp.
Now I saw somewhere that it should be every day.. Who can help to tell me which is better?
Trying to conceive dc2 and on circle 4.

I think it is only if the man has a low sperm count that you are supposed to ration sex to every other day. If the count is fine and you feel like it every day, don't see the harm
