Stopping Cerazette to get pregnant?

Evening everyone! I hope you can all shed some light for me.
Hubby and I looking to try for another baby, baby 1 our son who is now 4 I was on the contraception implant for 6 years I had it removed January 15th 2018 and fell pregnant Jan 16th 2018 after GP did the maths for me. Fast forward to now... I had the implant put back in and removed in Feb 2022, then went on Cerazette from April 2022. I had irregular periods anyways so was always hard to tell. But now we want to have baby number 2, does anyone know how quickly you can get pregnant after stopping cerazette?? I did an ovulation test as I stopped taking the pill over a week ago the ovulation test had 2 lines and said I was ovulating as I had a feeling I was. Period not returned yet but I read it can take a while. Am I still able to get pregnant after stopping this pill anyone have any experience ? Wish I never went on it as I read bad things about it! Any help will help please . Any ideas on if it takes longer cos of this pill? Any info on this would be good thanks in advance x

Also to add I was 23/24 when had first baby, I am now 28 with no health conditions x

I think I was about 10 weeks but actually not trying… I was giving myself a break and thought I was tracking my ovulation correctly. DS would prove otherwise 😆

Got pregnant 6 months after stopping it. Was 37 though

I got pregnant after stopping it, unsure of exact weeks but never had a period so presumably first ovulation!

Thanks for all your comments guys! I was worried that my AF is gonna take forever and wasn't sure if I should wait for it or not but I've read it can take up to 6 months to come back! I don't wanna wait that long 😆 As I said I did an ovulation test try for a Baby girl this time! Fingers crossed! Just wanted to make sure it was ok for AF not to return and get pregnant ?

I got pregnant within the first month after stopping.

I think the main thing with not having a period is that they can’t date your pregnancy before your scan but they can roughly work out based on your guessed conception dates so not is all lost :)

Ok brill think I might weight another week so I'm flushed out a little more really interesting to hear everyone stories! Everyone is so different thank you keep them coming making me feel a bit more at ease :)

I’ve been wondering the same thing. Trying for baby 2 and was on Desogestrel which I think is similar to Cerazette. I stopped 3 weeks ago and got a peak ovulation test just over a week ago. Wondering if I’m waiting for AF or if there is a possibility of catching this month. Good luck x

I stopped taking mine in the February and was pregnant in the November.

I was on cerelle, but got pregnant 3 weeks after stopping 😊

I fell pregnant whilst taking it religiously! Now nearly 37 weeks.
