Opinions please ... BFP or evap line 🙈

I'm about 12 days dpo, but not 100% on the timings. Took a test as I've felt a bit sick and tired last couple of days and I've gone off diet coke which happened when I was pregnant with my first. Not sure if this is a faint positive or an evap line? It took a while to show. Thanks in advance x

It does look like a line! But don't get your hopes up too much...during my last 2 cycles I got ??false positives (I know they're rare) ??chemicals - literally happened on 2 consecutive cycles...so I literally don't trust any of them until I'm a good 4 or 5 days missed period!

Re-take a first response one in a few days!

You can see in the photos they looked legit! Didn't wait past the time instructed or anything! Got negatives the following day or few days after, then period 😔

@scscoobycute really hope I don't upset you here, but as two tests came back positive (which is v unusual) it is possible that you had a very early miscarriage. I think they are quite common and so early if you haven't tested you could assume it was your period.
I'm going to test again in a day or two. Trying not to get excited, but it's hard not to hope 🙈

That's what she said OP. Chemical pregnancy. Test again in a few days OP and see what it says then. Looks positive to me.

Update : took a first response test yesterday evening and this morning and both were negative, so it must have been an evap on the clear blue! Disappointed, but onwards we go!
