Implantation bleeding, early loss or AF

I'm coming up to the end of my TWW (13dpo, AF due in a day or two).

I've had nausea, stinging boobs and lower abdominal cramping on and off since DTD. Very unusual for me. I clearly recognised the symptoms from a previous pregnancy and some days felt certain a BFP was on the way.

However, I know these things can fool us!

Today I had very light, pale (peach coloured) bleeding and a BFN. Feels a bit strange, as my symptoms seemed so clear. Wondering what went on.

Surely it's too late for implantation bleeding? An early loss perhaps? Do you think I am definitely out this month?

Would love to hear from you if you've experienced the same thing, whether or not it ended up with a BFP.

Baby dust to you all.

Hi. Going through the same. Was it AF?

Glera · 13/01/2023 21:38

I had implantation bleeding on day 33 and then bfp on day 36. Cycles were generally 28-31 days.

Now 20 weeks pregnant!

Wishing you luck.

Hi @katherine123x

TMI warning!

I believe it was AF, however it was heavy and strange with one large clot that I felt passing, which was new for me. I didn't continually test, so unsure if there was ever a positive reading. It was our first month trying.

The last two months since then have been disrupted by travel and illness so no positives since. Trying SMEP this month.

Thank you and congratulations @Glera
