Two week wait

I’m new to these! Obviously the wait is a nightmare but also I’m wondering if I need to change my habits or anything?

I exercise a fair amount, run a couple or 5k a week and play football. Should I pack in the contact sports during the 2ww?

Apart from alcohol and fags is there anything I should be avoiding?

No you don’t have to! Even if you were pregnant it doesn’t implant until at least a week and in the first trimester it’s really well protected low down in your pelvis. I’m being really bad this time as I’ve had a few tww’s so far and I’m drinking (one glass of wine at a meal out, not every day) until I get my BFP. I’m going out for dinner on Saturday, testing on Wednesday next week and I think I’m going to have a drink in case it’s my last time 🙈

Hi girls! I’m wondering if I’m holding out hope for no reason this month, I’m ttc baby number 1 and I have a 29 day cycle, I’m quite regular and ovulate around mid month but this month I got my peak on cycle day 22, this was Thursday 26th Jan and my period is due tomorrow 2nd Feb, do I have any chance of pregnancy, I have general uterine flutters but I’m assuming my period is on the way

Honestly keep on doing what makes you happy. You can't spend 50% of your life avoiding things... imagine if it takes a year that's 6months of your life not drinking or exercising, and avoiding what makes you happy isn't going to help the process. (You didn't say if you smoke but that's probably the exception, give it up for good!)

If it helps, I exercised and drunk as normal during TWW with my daughter. Same again TTC #2
