Clear blue test. Evap line or positive

I'm about 8/10 dpo as I'm not certain what day I ovulated. I did a test and forgot about it and went back to it after an hour. I've heard bad things about CB and evap lines, but the line is very much blue.

Some people say that clear blue are known for evaps! Maybe you could try getting a pink dye one? Honestly the cheap tests are just as reliable! I got my first positive with a test from Poundland that was a pink dye.

Thank you, the nurse did took my urine today but it went back negative. So i might give it another week see if my period comes.

i haven’t gotten any lines on tests before today.
FRER is negative but I’ve got very faint lines on CB and then they get darker after about 20 mins
will get blood test results tomorrow morning

I would say evap lines unfortunately esp if FRER is negative. The lines are thin and slightly broken/get fainter in places.

It's not a solid line; it's a failed test. You have to test again. I'd recommend a strip test as they're affordable and clearblue always suck!

To clarify: in the photos it’s the same test. One photo after 5 minutes and one photo after 3 hours.

Took this Cb fertility monitor digital last night (hadn't used the monitor this month so couldn't test with that), checked after a few mind and didn't see a second line. Just checked it 12 hours later and there is a second blue line I think. Period not due for another 2/3 days. Any opinions? Thank you.

You've got to discard tests after 5 minutes as false lines can appear sadly! Test again with first urine and check within 5 minutes

Hi all ☺️

I’m guessing this is an evap line as came after 3 mins … I’m CD 24 and trying to not overthink my symptoms but I keep feeling nauseous ( which is very unlike me) strange metallic taste in my mouth , sore boobs, tiny cramps / twinges for a couple of days and my cervix is very high and gone from really soft to firm.

Yes testing can get addictive. I'll be testing over the next few days and see if it gets darker. Period is due Saturday or Sunday so I'll do a digital then Smile

Took two test on sat afternoon and came up positive right away, and then started to get positive and negative tests through testing the rest of the week.

I'm in the boat as you so couldn't give you an answer but I wish you all the best I have bloods booked you might want to get bloods done to thay are more accurate then thease tests so I believe
