Agnus castus & falling pregnant

Can anybody share their experience with Agnus castus?

I am now 3 days late for AF. BFN so far. I have been feeling pregnant for weeks, nausea, vomitting, cramps, sore boobs.
I took Agnus castus for 3 weeks , could my symptoms be related rather than pregnancy?

I read it increases your luteral phase?
I did have some very strong one sided cramps on 31st of October which was 4 days before my period.

I thought this might have been a slightly late implantation hence no BFP yet

BUT maybe all my symptoms are actually due to taking agnus castus? And it has made my cycle longer hence no AF.

Any comments , experiences would be so appreciated xx

I take it for PMS. AF length is still the same. It's definitely helped with symptoms of PM's.

You could have ovulated late which is why period is late

@BritishDesiGirl thanks so much for your awnser! Did you have any side effects at all?
I started taking it for PMS symptoms too.

Could it have caused me to ovulate late?
I would love to think I am pregnant but about 20 test have told me otherwise 😂😂😂

It hasn't affected my ovulation. I use ClearBlue Ovulation tests so they pinpoint when l ovulate.

However l have heard that they can delay ovulation in women with regular cycles.

Best to take then 1st day of period and then stop after period until after we you ovulate
