Baby aspirin

What is baby aspirin, what's it meant to do in early pregnancy? I'm seeing about mentioned in a lot of comments. Any experiences with it ?

It's a low dose of aspirin 75mg taken daily. There is some evidence to suggest it minimises the risk of miscarriage but it depends on what the cause of the miscarriage, if its a genetic issue with the fetus it won't help. But if a woman has issues with bloody supply to the placenta it will. I'm sure someone else could explain it more accurately but thats how I understand it. I take it because I've had miscarriages .
