You had a positive on day 17 (anything 1 or above is a positive but sometimes you may not catch it depending how quick your surge is). Ovulation happens 12-36 hours after the first positive opk, usually day after so you likely will ovulste or have ovulated today.

Thank you i must of missed it as today its 0.24 must of been really quick surge
So the 1.45 must of been the high hopefuly tho we manged to catch it on my frist cycls of firtility treatment with PCOS so tgis is my frist time testing and i had flashing smileys on clear blue all last week till i ran out hens why iv went to these ones and just didnt understand them

You didn’t miss it 1.45 is over 1 and positive. Basically the test line should be as dark as or darker than the control line. 1 is when they are the same and anything above 1 is when the test line is darker. Dropping to 0.24 the next day is completely normal. Quick surges make understanding it easier in a way as the “peak” doesn’t really matter, it’s the first positive that matters. As you have a quick surge it’s clear the positive was yesterday.

Ahhh thank you that makes scens now i was sat there trying to get my head around things and just getting no were so desided to ask thank you for the help
