Ectopic resolving itself ?

Had my second lot of bloods today and it dropped from 169 to 109.9 in 48 hours which is good, they said I won’t require treatment and this will resolve itself. I’ve not come across anyone else who hasn’t had to have treatment before so I’m interested to hear someone else’s experiences?
I’m barely bleeding too so I’m wondering how this will pass through, just really worried

Have they actually located it? It’s possible it can resolve itself.

I had a scan on Wednesday and they saw a solid mass on my right. They said they couldn't confirm whether it was or wasn't an ectopic but they suspected it was as I wasn't carrying a pregnancy in the womb.
