Hey I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this or has any advice. Since 1dpo I have been experiencing cramps n my right side of tummy and back and light spotting the worst cramping was 2dpo where I literally had to take myself to bed and curl up in a ball. I'm now 4dpo and still have the spotting but the cramps have calmed down. I've never had ovulation spotting before or cramps. 🤷♀️ what is going on?
