Hey everyone, sorry if this is long but wanted to know other people’s experiences with this. I’m currently 5w5d. Yesterday I had cramping in my right side and today I’ve been spotting brown blood. I’ve gone to the EPU and they’ve given me a scan, they said they can’t see a sac in the womb and maybe it’s too early, but surely you would see something if i was carrying in the womb?
They looked at either side and I had a corpus on my left and my right they said there was something solid and persistent but couldn’t confirm if it was an ectopic. They said they can’t say whether it is or it isn’t as this point and I have to go back in 48 hours for a repeat blood test to check my Hcg levels. Hcg levels today was 159 and progesterone was 5.5 so it was low and they suspect it to drop more and solve itself. It doesn't sound like they will give another scan to make sure this 'solid mass' is gone and I'm worried going forward trying to conceive?
