Hi

does anyone know if it should be 1 or 2 sachets per day? Reading conflicting info! TIA

My OH was taking 2 for the first 3 months of taking it (as per the instructions I believe), then saw Ramsay who said cut down to one and we got pregnant the following month / 7 weeks later. The concern was causing oxidative stress I believe.
