Hi everybody, I'm currently on my tww I'm 12dpo and this morning woke up feeling very sick and had mild cramping and a couple of hours ago started having slight pink bleeding, my period is normally very heavy and bright red, could It be implantation bleeding? I tested this morning but got a BFN
