Help! I got a faint line. Could this be it?

Hey guys!

Im about 20 DPO, and I randomly took a test after being under the weather with what I thought was the flu. It was a weird flu - more dizziness and weakness.

I had tested at 14/15 and 16 DPO to no avail.

Today, I got a faint line on a cheapo test. Thoughts? I don’t wanna get too excited, or think that my flu influenced my result!

I was worried that Pregnacare had messed up my cycle, when I kept getting negatives, and no period.
