I'm DPO9 today and was wondering if there's anything I should abstain from... I run quite regularly but haven't since the day of ovulation (just going on longer walks), but I'm wondering if I could still, I'm itching to go!
I also keep reading confusing information about caffeine intake, I'm a huge coffee drinker so am limiting myself to a very small cup of coffee (about 80mg of caffeine).
I've been wanting to switch to herbals teas instead, but apparently even those are not always fully safe! Ahh so many do's and don'ts
I'm also waiting my very best before doing a FRER test on 12DPO, which will be hard!
