Implantation bleeding 4 days after DTD?!

Hi all,

First time poster. My husband and i currently ttc baby number 1. According to my app, I've just finished fertile window today and we dtd saturday and last night. I'm not accurately tracking ovulation, just using the flo app for now and seeing what happens. Have noticed some cramping on right lower abdomen this evening and then some very very light bleeding and browny discharge (not much at all). Wondering could this be implantation bleeding or would it be too early? Trying not to get hopes up just yet!!

If your app was accurate then it’s too early for implantation. Implantation is earliest 6dpo and that’s rare (0.5% I think). The most common day to ovulate is 8-9dpo. Maybe you ovulated earlier than the app is saying. Did you dtd before Saturday too?

its also possible to occasionally spot near ovulation so that could be a possibility too if your fertile window has just ended. Good news if it’s that then you know you’ve dtd at the right time

Thanks @allgoodthings84 I think you're right, I think it's an ovulation bleed/spotting! Never had this before ! Yes exactly, fingers crossed we got the timings right! Love how our bodies play tricks on us!! Lol

I think we notice so much more too when we are ttc. I spot before AF but didn’t really notice it before ttc as it’s only enough to be on the toilet paper when I wipe and not every time so before ttc I rarely looked at the toilet paper because well why would I? 😂 now I’m constantly checking when it gets near.

fingers crossed for you 😊

Exactly, we notice every little thing! Wishing you all the luck xx
