Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for 4 years. I had my first BFP last year but unfortunately I had a MMC at 10 weeks. It gave me hope as now I know I can get pregnant, however I have never tracked anything before, just used the apps to give me a bit of guidance. Iv started taking folic acid and vitamin D for the last month. So couple of questions...
- When should you track BBT in your cycle and what am I looking for and when?
- When using ovulation sticks when should you DTD? Before peak? After for how many days?
Any help and hints and tips would be appreciated. ☺️
