Right, I know that nobody can tell me whether or not I’m pregnant but just after opinions/experiences:

First day of my last period was 15th September, I had unprotected sex on 25th September. According to the Flo app, and the Apple Health app, I ovulated around 3rd October but I know this isn’t necessarily accurate as I’ve never tracked ovulation properly and the dates never added up for my other pregnancies.

I was due on my period around 18th/19th and I’m usually fairly consistent. I have done at least 5 pregnancy tests, one of which did show as positive, although very faint and it was a blue dye test but even my husband could see it without squinting/looking too hard. The rest are categorically negative. The thing is, I feel pregnant, my boobs feel heavier, nipples are tingly and I’m absolutely knackered. I don’t experience these things as PMS symptoms usually.

So (sorry that was long!) I guess what I want to know is, is there any possibility at all that I’m pregnant and it’s just not showing on the tests yet? It would be positive by now wouldn’t it?

At 5 and a half weeks you should have a fairly clear positive at this point well.

I had a early miscarriage a fortnight ago which took my period about 7/10 days later than it should have been.

There has been once or twice where I've completely missed (or had a delayed) period due to stress / other factors so the only thing you can really do is wait 😣

Thank you, this was my thinking too really about having strong positives at this stage. I think I let my excitement run away with me!

Hoping to come on soon so at least I know where I’m at and can try again.

Sorry to hear about your miscarriage, I hope you’re doing okay Flowers

No problems, I didn't want to read and run. I did once have a positive as late as yours is but that ended in a missed miscarriage so in my experience you'd want a stronger positive at this stage.

After four blood tests and five trips to EPU I'm back trying again and expecting ovulation soon so fingers crossed.

Wishing you well x
