Hey guys,

just wondering would anyone would be able to offer advise here. I'm not sure if its a blood clot or miscarriage. It's from a bit ago, but its constantly playing on my mind. Any help would be greatly appreciated. When it happened, it was excruciating pain, I would walk and nearly pass out. I was changing pads every few minutes as there was a very heavy bleed. It's the worst cramps I ever had, I was bent over in pain and needed to lay down to help.

I have had a MMC and a MC but also heavy periods with many clots. It's hard to really tell I think as it depends on so many factors. If you know you were pregnant (or had an idea) how far a long would you have been for example. My MMC I would have been 7 weeks 3 days and that was like a small fist sized with A LOT of blood. Sending you hugs, even though it may have been some time ago it's hard that it's playing on your mind wondering ♥️

We can't know. You didn't mention if you are pregnant or not? If so you need to speak to a doctor!

I've passed clots like that when I definitely wasn't pregnant. And sometimes they have hurt.And sometimes they haven't.

I have adenomyosis and most months have clots, that's large but I have passed similar with lots of pain associated, the key is did you think you were pregnant?

Looks very similar to the aftermath of my MMC, and similar symptoms re pain.

The only way you'll know for sure is to get a scan if possible. Hope you get the answer you're looking for.

Had this happen, saw similar posts on here so just fancied an opinion , blood clot or miscarriage ? Both within a short time

@VickyLoading did you get a scan ?? I had massive blood clots and loads of bleeding and went to early pregnancy unit a few days later - they scanned me and said looks like an early pregnancy but I’m so worried something is going to happen!
