Please save my sanity…

My periods are fairly regular in length, and this month I had EWCM and a positive OPK on CD15, so fairly certain I ovulated CD15 or 16. I usually come on my period 15 days after ovulation.
I’m on CD 35 now and no sign of period/ 5 days late, did a pregnancy test (Clear Blue) this morning and BFN.

I’m sending myself crazy 😫now I’m wondering if I’m not ovulating at all? (Trying to eliminate any hope of actually being pregnant as surely it would show up by now if so).

I don’t know what I’m hoping to get out of this post tbh. I’ve googled to death and whilst the nhs site says only to see a doctor if you miss three periods, we’ve been trying for over a year now so probably time to try and get an appointment.

I hate that this is all I can think about.

I had something similar recently where after my first month of TTC my cycle went out of sync. My ewcm and ovulation is normally very obvious but I had none for 1 month and the second month had one day (as opposed to the normal 5) so was very scared and upset! Back to normal 2 months later and I had this month's ovulation via ultrasound yesterday.
I have PMI so went to see a specialist, the gynaecologist said everything is fine and all my tests etc are normal.
I hope this helps and I am sorry you are going through this as it is horrible.

Have you been doing your BBT? That may help indicate whether you are ovulating too x
