Charting BBT Again...Is this looking okay?

I'm charting BBT again because it's been 5 cycles with no success. For reference, I do always wake up 1-2 times in the night and I'm trying to find a consistent wake up time after my longest sleep but that is just seeming to be impossible as when I wake up at night varies. However, I did temp a bit before my period and this new chart is showing consistently lower temps compared to my after ov temps which were around 36.7-37C. Is this looking okay? I'm using a Clearblue fertility monitor so I'm mainly temping to confirm I'm ovulating.

Anyone with charting experience? I know it's only the first week and it takes time to establish patterns, but not sure if I should be doing anything differently given the number of times I wake up.

It looks fine. Tends to take a cycle to get an idea of a pattern. Ideally you have at least 4 hours of sleep before taking your temp, is that usually the case? Some people are more sensitive to action/wake ups than others.

If you haven’t read the book Taking charge of your fertility it’s well worth a look. Often available second hand on eBay or Amazon. It was my bible, so easy to digest and quite enlightening.

Really wish you luck.

Thanks! I get confused by the triangles, but I have charted before and there were ups and downs and I still think it was pretty accurate. I'm not too worried about it pinpointing the exact ovulation date since I'm combining this with other methods, just want to see a definite shift in temps to confirm ovulation since we've been ttc for awhile. I have read part of Taking Charge of your Fertility--it's a great book!

Should've said for sleep I do get 4 hours, but when that 4 hours happens is not consistent. I've just started taking my temp whenever I wake and then put the times and other temps in my notes for reference.

The triangles are just warnings/reminders your temp times are varying. You’re using the FF app? I had the same, was waking anytime from 6 to 8 which was freaking it out, but the pattern was clear in time.

It’s such a good book isn’t it, I read all the relevant ttc chapters in one sitting and have referred back to it often. I was embarrassed at how much I hadn’t known about my own body.
