BBT Chart help. 🆘

Hi all,
I have been charting my BBT for a few months now & I’ve never had such a smooth rise as this chart, is there something wrong, do you think my thermometer is broken?
has anyone had a chart like this, is it normal ?
any advice would be welcomed, thanks in advance❣️

I am thinking of all the things I did diff and only thing is had a hot water bottle in bed 😂😅 but I had that in before ovulation so surely that can’t be the reason? And I’m not unwell - my charts normally are like this (see below)
have u tested ? will you test? when is AF due? X

@NSx mine usually look like yours, and hardly ever hit about 36.65, i've had one chart that went above 36.70 for one day! Due tomorrow. I tested yesterday on an IC and there was the faintest of faint lines, which could quite easily have been an evap. Got some more coming this afternoon, but only IC ones because last month i must have spent £100 on bloody tests with stupid evaps and indents and late ovulation! So said unless i get something worth getting excited about, i'm sticking to cheap tests! My temp does usually drop for 2 days before AF. I'm not holding on to much hope, better to be negative about it all than get your hopes up, but it's just soo hard! X

@MrsT8509 I 100% agree expect nothing and then you’re not as disappointed - I still have a long way to go so my chart could go anyway at all really I’m not really hopeful 🥹
what cycle is this for u? Do u have any children?

@NSx we started in December last year, had an early loss in March, and nothing since. No children yet. I'm 38 though and wvwry month that passes it's like another month my eggs are getting shit! Just got to keep hoping and keep trying! What about you? X

Also, just the usual symptoms that could also be AF. Tender boobs, but nipples are a bit this time, which isn't usual, tired, bit crampy, and had a few little episodes of nausia, but only mild x

@MrsT8509 i don’t have any children either I lost my girl at the end of may at 17.5 weeks, so this is like cycle 4ish for me since then, but not been successful at all, I fell with her cycle 3 so it’s all a bit mind boggling really. (Started ttc the first time round in December also)
I’m 35, turned this July … also my eggs are getting shitter, I’ve been taking coq10 to try combat that although only really upped my dosage this month …
those symptoms sound promising- tbh I didn’t have any symptoms that were noticeable until I found I was pregnant before, but in feb I wasn’t this obsessed with ttc.
u never know, you could get your BFP tomorrow - since your temp hasn’t dropped yet I would say it’s a good sign 🤞🤞✨✨✨✨ sending you the most baby dust 💕

@NSx I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your little girl. It must have been so hard. I suppose we're on simalar journeys with regards to starting st the same time and both the wrong side of 30 🙈 It will happen for us, it just takes time to make a perfect baby 💞

Had a tiny drop this morning, and still a v faint line on a one step so don't think it'll be this month xx

@MrsT8509 thank you, it’s really hard to trust the process because I feel like it’s never going to happen for me again, my due date is in a couple of weeks so I’m truly heartbroken, I thought I would have atleast been pregnant by now but my body doesn’t seem to be working 😭 …
my chart also took a dip today. So I’m not holding my breath even tho I’m only 7dpo…

@NSx I completely understand your feelings. I feel the same. My due date should have been 7th November and I was hoping that being pregnant by now would have softened the blow a little bit. It just seems like it's never going to happen, despite how positive you try to be. Like your body is built to do this, so why isn't it. I think we're going to give it until January and go and get some tests done. Hopefully just to rule out there isn't actually anything wrong.

Yes, af due today. Feel a bit crampy, but felt like this on and off for the last week so nothing new. Temp will prob drop again tomorrow and she'll show her ugly head! Surely even a cheapy one step would have a obvious line by 14dpo if i was. X

@MrsT8509 my due date was 8 November so I’m in the exact same position as you 😭 ….
I still have another 7 days of this nonsense before AF but honestly I am not feeling anything, will see what my temp says tomorrow, but I am not hopeful.

didn’t you say the one step has a line? Can you take a pic?
if AF doesn’t come tomorrow maybe you should take a FRER?
because I conceived in Feb, I need to wait 12 months apparently and even at that I don’t think they will take me seriously — so that means like March April next year before I could goto speak to someone for fertility tests 😭 all the time my eggs are getting worse probably and chances are less.

@NSx Sorry for late reply, was working late tonight. It had a faint line this morning but i mean faint, then nothing tonight so i'll just watch my temp drop in the morning an wait for af the silly bitch to rock up and ruin my day. Every month i say i'm just going to go with the flow and not think about it so much, then 3dpo i'm like "is it too early to test" like an absolute loon! I drve myself nuts! My best friend's just had a baby and my sister in law is due in January, and it all just gets too much with all the shit from normal daily life thrown in the mix aswell! X

@NSx @MrsT8509 hi, I had to also come on and say that I am in the exact same boat as both of you. I conceived in Feb and my due date should be Nov 4th but had a MC and it's just horrible coming up to the time. I keep thinking how I'd be getting ready for it etc etc. I too also thought I would've been pregnant again by this point but we haven't been able to conceive since.

I also chart my BBT and had my second dip this am and AF came this pm. Ugh back to CD1 and to do it all over again. Its so mentally draining! Myself and my husband said we will keep trying until then end of the year and if no joy then see the GP to hopefully start some tests. I'm 34 now and TTC #1 and really want it to happen soon.

@Mulner88 Hello. I don't know how to word this correctly, but i'll say it, it's nice to have found people in exactly the same boat. But it's not nice, because you wouldn't wish it on anyone, but I hope you both know what i mean. It makes you feel a little less alone. I think i'll definitely come on tomorrow. Really daft, but i'd hoped so much for it to be this month, not only because the should due date be coming up, but we could have told our parents at christmas, and just had all little ideas, then told everyone else on valentines day at 20 weeks. Stupid to plan things like that i suppose, but it's nice to dream. It's unfair sometimes when people get exactly what they want without trying or any heartbreak along the way, amd other just seem to have a shit hand dealt to them.

I’m sorry we all find ourselves here it’s honestly devestating -
I don’t think it’s happening for me this month either - my temp has risen again, but it’s exactly the same pattern as every other month, so although I’m only 8dpo I am not hopeful.
I guess we won’t be getting our BFP’s before our due dates 💔 …
maybe once these dates have passed we will be successful as the pressure will be off a bit, if that makes sense?

There is still plenty of time for you yet. I'll keep every thing crossed and think positive thoughts for you. Are you going to test early? Lets hope November turns out to be a happy month for us towards the end.

I'm going to try every old wives tale this mo th, pineapple core, fluffy socks, brazil nuts, low sugar, no alcohol (don't really drink anyway), and morning sex, as that's meant to be better for some reason.

What vitamins do you both take? I take folic acid, vit d, b6, omega 3, vit c, and coq10. Was taking 300mg of coq10 but might up it to 600mg. Xx

@MrsT8509 honestly my temp is at the exact same temp as last month which was unsuccessful so I’m preparing myself for what worst, my body has failed me yet another month!
what’s this about pineapple core? I already do all of the above I even goto bed with a hot water bottle, to keep feet and uterus warm in bed 😭😂
I take Pregnacare conceive, vitamin c, vitamin d, 400mg of coq10 from this month (Pregnacare also has 60mg in it so 460mg total) omega 3, starflower oil. Don’t take vit b6, what’s there for? Is that the one u get in lots of leafy foods?

@NSx lB6 is meant to regulate hormones and make you womb a better place. Right now i'd try anything. I'd stand on my head for a week if it would work! Pineapple core is meant to be help implantation. It's dead hard though so not easy to eat 🤢.

Bo AF yet, but with the temp drop this morning, i'm sure she'll be here soon! Would have been nice for her to turn up on time yesterday 🙄

Try not to count your chickens yet! There's still plenty of time. It might stay up now 🤞🏻 i'll keep everything crossed it does xx

to make things worse a doctor at my work has just announced she’s due her second child in March and I could cry everytime she walks past me 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I use Proceive, my husband takes the male version also. It's a bit pricey though but I'm convinced it will work. We started trying in May 2021 and we started taking Proceive on Jan 2022 and I fell pregnant the next month for the first time. Although it hasn't worked it's magic since 🙈

@NSx yeh I struggle with seeing pregnant people too and I just dread friends/family telling me they're pregnant. I'm sure they feel the same telling me too. Of course I'm happy for them but sad too. I often wonder how people have a lot of children and say they weren't planning it/accidents...How does that work? 😂

I was supposed to be due 2 weeks after my fiancés best friend and wife and 2 weeks before my fiancés sister and husband… both of their pregnancies are fine: mine wasn’t. I’ve been avoiding them all for months, they make me cry just thinking about them, harder to avoid my sister in law, but we don’t talk about her pregnancy, which makes me feel like an awful human being. I’m just really finding it hard.
I fell pregnant quite fast in feb, weren’t really taking it seriously December due to the festivities, didn’t fall Jan, used CB OPKs for the first time feb and fell.
And now, I can’t get even a sniff of a VVFL.
im at my wits end. Sorry for the rant I’m just very fed up 😩

We've all got so much in common. My best friend just had a baby, and my sister in law is due in December. I try to be so lovely with them, and act interested, but it just breaks me each time i think about it. I just think 'what i have i done that is so bad to make me not deserve this'. There's people out there who couldn't give a shit about their kids. Nothing seems fair at all. X
