10 dpo red blood

Hi all, I'm 10 dpo today and noticed slight spotting yesterday but today got a fair bit of bloody mucus today. Feels too late to be implantation bleeding, but 5 days until period is due... tested this morning and was definitely negative.

Thoughts?

10 dpo is not too late for implantation bleeding , it would be dead on time..

Oh interesting! With my first baby I had a positive test on 10dpo so assumed it was too late for implantation! Thanks for your reply... fingers staying crossed!
