OPK reading help!

Hey Ladies, I've just done an ovulation test and got my strongest second line yet (cd12), would you say this was a positive reading? And when do you DTD after your positive opk

Yes I would say this is positive! Do it asap and for a couple of days afterwards. It's ideal to DTD in the run up to ovulation too which you can as you become more familiar with your cycle. If you're happy to throw a bit of money at it I'd deffo recommend the clear blue digital fertility monitor! X

@newtolineofduty Thank you for your reply, we're dtd every other day though my fertile window so hopefully 🤞🏻🤞🏻 that'll be enough. This is only my second cycle but I'll definitely look into the digital monitor if I get a bfn thus cycle.

Defo positive! I agree with @newtolineofduty DTD as soon as possible - and if you can test for a few days afterwards to see if go back down and make sure it’s a true peak.

I have heard that you can peak twice in one cycle if your body tried to ovulate and doesn’t the first time (probably rare) so I test for about 5 days afterward too (but I’m obsessed)

Hey, yes that looks positive to me. I’m in my fertile window atm and using clear blue sticks. Done it 4 times this window , every other dag, hopefully tomorrow is peak ovulation day and will do it again then. Not sure how much you’re meant to do it - some say do it less as doing it too much means the sperm aren’t as good quality?
