Hi all,

My last period was 5 weeks & 3 days ago. I don’t know when I would have ovulated this cycle due to taking a break from testing.

My cycles are normally between 28-31 days - this cycle is currently on cycle day 38 with no sign of my period.

Tests have been negative (maybe a faint line but again maybe just my line eyes)

By this stage I would surely have a strong positive if I was pregnant? Has anyone been in this situation? Should I count myself out and just sit back and wait for my period?

2 days late in replying so this might be irrelevant now but...
I would wait a week from the last time you tested then test again if no period in sight.
Have you been very stressed lately as this can affect cycles.
When I was ttc, last period before a positive test was middle of November 2018. I got a positive pregnancy test (after multiple negatives all through january) in February 2019. No period between November and February. Midwife thought I was further along than what I was in reality. On my 12 week scan it turns out I was only 5 weeks and looks like I conceived somewhere in January! Who knows what happened there.
