BBT - help

Hi all. I'm new to BBT but I'm struggling to see which day I may have ovulated on as so far I'm on day 19 and 20 and although I've had a temp Spike, I'm unsure which day it's likely to have been. We're keen to do the sperm meets egg....but its difficult with the patterns I'm seeing. Any help would be appreciated 😁

Potentially day 19. See if it stays raised for the next two days, it usually checks for three consecutive high temps to confirm ovulation. By the time the temp has risen, ovulation has occurred and the chance to conceive has ended. Unless you mean you’re looking for a pattern for future cycles? I usually use opk (to know it’s about to happen) and bbt to check ovulation occurred.

Brilliant thank you. Yes just using it to look for a pattern. I did use clear blue for a couple of cycles but I got a bit obsessive over it so I've decided to just use bbt to try and find a pattern. Hoping to DTD every other day, if possible, from day 13 and then for three consecutive days from when ovulation must be. Trying to track CM as well as other cervical signs (I'm a midwife so find it quite easy to tell the differences 🤣)
