Has anyone else found that over the years their period symptoms change and is this normal? For example a couple of years ago I never had any symptoms whatsoever. Then suddenly I had very sore boobs before my period and awful cramping for a few years but now I don't seem to have any cramps again and just sore nipples during ovulation but that's it. 🤔
