Quick question about stopping the pill

Is it Ok to stop taking the pill mid pack? I'm about 5 days in and want to stop. Eight years and I've had enough of the mood swings!

you can stop whenever!

Just remember to use something else though - I stopped with the intention of using other contraception for 6 months then TTC - we managed about 1/2 day - too many years of not worrying about contraception cos the pill would take care of it!

Hey, thanks for your responses. Am going to wait until end of this pack and then stop....just felt a bit annoyed with it all yesterday!

Hi Myjob - course I remember you! No other motive at the moment, just fed up with the pill/mood swings etc... I am starting a new job in a few weeks, so we are thinking of trying towards the end of the year now...Hope you get your BFP really soon x
