Hello, need some help! I had a mc 5 weeks ago, got a negative test 3 weeks later, bleeding stopped after 2 weeks.
I think I ovulated just over 2 weeks after mc as I had ewcm and ovulation pain then I had a bleed 3/4 days after the ewcm just spotting for a day.
I went to gp as I was freaking out she done a swap and looked at my cervix all was fine. I started bleeding last Saturday 8 days after that days spotting but it’s just super light/spotting/brown and only when I wipe.
I’ve been getting faint positives this week as well? I’m so confused! Any one have similar stories? I’ve got no idea what implantation bleeding is like as everyone is different from what I’ve been reading. I’ve had sore back/head/today nausea had to get up/vivid dreams. Top pic is yesterday bottom today x

They both look positive to me and could be a new pregnancy especially as you had a negative test after the MC. You might just have a little retained blood from the MC if the spotting is brown it's old blood good luck 🤞🏼

Hello! Can someone please tell me if you had a similar experience.
I tested positive days before my period was due. Took atleast 5-6 test (all early morning pee) it started with faint lines and just a day before the period was due I had a strong positive. I started bleeding on the day my period was due, not period type bleeding but definitely not spotting. I checked with the doctor and had an ultrasound taken, they said it’s very early pregnancy and nothing could be seen clearly but definitely not a miscarriage. I had heavy bleeding for another 2 days with some clots as well, and when I took a test today it showed a clear negative. I use to believe that even when you miscarriage the hCG levels takes time to go down, but mine showed a clear negative in every test, I’m not sure if it’s normal, and I’ve been extra anxious about it (doc appointment is not until 2 weeks now) and I need to know if every thing will
be fine.
so sorry for this extra long details. Thank you if you’ve read this far.

Hi
For me it was a chemical pregnancy.
With very early losses, hcg doesn't take long to come down 🌷
Sorry 😟

RoseH36 · 09/07/2023 16:46

@ScrantonDunderMifflin that sadly sounds like a chemical. I had one a few weeks ago too, tested negative the day after the bleeding started. It won't take long to be out of your system with a chemical as its incredibly early days so not much will have built up. So sorry you're in this position.

@Indie0885 that looks like you're pregnant again. The bottom one from today does look darker. Tentative congratulations.

Hi Indie so sorry I know this is an old post but iv found myself in your situation
So I had a MC 3 weeks and 4 days ago, and yesterday I took a clear blue test which said pregnant 1-2. Then a very faint line on a normal non digital test. Iv only had sex 2 times since it happened first time we used a condom and second time was only 3 nights ago.
I'm so confused could I be pregnant again? Or is it hormones? How long do they take to get out your system? Thanks

moosey89 · 13/08/2023 20:19

@Summer221 it can take anything from 2 weeks to several months for all the HCG to leave your system. Did you get a negative pregnancy test after your loss/bleeding finished?x

I only took a special low sensitivity to one the hospital gave me last Tuesday and it was negative, but positive on a clear blue which I guess is more sensitive?

moosey89 · 13/08/2023 21:45

It would be unlikely that you're pregnant again at this stage as you would have had to have cleared all the pregnancy hormones, built normal cycle hormones back up, ovulated and implanted in under 4 weeks. It's not impossible but just unlikely. I'd give it another few days and take another test, perhaps a cheapie and a digital to see.

Thank you.. I know I myself thought it would be unlikely. Iv only had intercourse twice since the MC and first time we used a condom.
Second time was only last Wednesday just gone so think it would of been to early to even show up. But again sorry for TMI he didn't inside me.

I'm just paranoid I guess, I have anxiety too which makes everything 10x worse. Arghh!!

RoseH36 · 14/08/2023 08:11

@Summer221 so sorry you've gone through this too. That would be far too early to show up if was only last week. Clearblue will be far more sensitive than the other test you had. Ideally you need to just wait until you've had a period again to give your body time to adjust and settle down before trying again. I know it's easier said than done, I've had two mc this year.
