Name change (nosy family on here)

I've just turned 40. I already have 3 kids ages 21,20 and 16.

My partner and I would love a baby! I had my kids young and they just happened, I know this time around is going to be very hard,

Here's where I need your help. Apart from the obvious, what else do I need to conceive? I had a miscarriage last year, we have been using contraception ever since.

I've ordered some pregnacare pre-conception vitamins but do I need anything else?

I've quit smoking, stopped the coffee etc..

Please help, im useless at all this

If you want to be OTT about it go for the easy at home ovulation tests and download the premom app, you scan them in so itl tell you when you’re ovulating and make it easier. Other than just folic acid vitamins and some pregnancy tests stashed in a drawer - good luck!

You should read it starts with an egg book it's very good on what supplements to take or not to take. I've just read it after my 2nd MC this year and have started taking a lot more things than I thought I would ever need as we conceived Dc1 very easily not that long ago at 35. I am 37 in a months time and hoping gif 3rd time lucky.

I started taking ubiquinol which is supposed to help improve egg quality. Also took conceive plus, cut booze for me and DH and DH took zinc supplements.

You may need to take 5mg folic acid if you have certain conditions including BMI over 30 - ask your doctor for advice

Thank you all so much. It's much appreciated

I've ordered some omega and downloaded an app. Luckily I don't drink anyway, neither does my partner.

My bmi is 23.05
