I'm approximately 8DPO and curiosity got the better of me. Took a test this today with FMU and I was convinced I could see a vvvvfl.
Took another test from a different brand (same urine sample) and got the same vvvvfl.
The smaller view window is Asda's own brand and the wider view window is Clear&Simple.
Both tests pictured are within the time frame as well.
Is it too early to tell? Convincing myself they are just shadows so I don't get my hopes up.

I do see a faint shadow. I guess you'll just have to wait and see :)

FigBatSue · 07/10/2022 10:24

@TheBirdintheCave waiting is the hard part, isn't it? 😧
I drive myself crazy during the 2WW

Yeah I'm trying not to do that this cycle 😂 I'm at the point now though ten months in where I have no belief it'll work at all so that definitely helps me not bother testing early.

YEN1 · 07/10/2022 11:14

I can see something very faint. Keeping everything crossed for you. I’m also 10 months in and 9dpo, I haven’t tested but I am not hopeful.

FigBatSue · 07/10/2022 11:27

With my first child, it was a case of 'what happens, happens' so we weren't actively TTC and fell pregnant within the first cycle. So I only tested when AF didn't turn up!
Now we're actively TTC, I'm doing my own head in! 😅 We're on Cycle 3 of trying! 🤞🏻 Fingers crossed for you both! ✨

I see a line! I hope it gets stronger for you. If I could jump on and use your eyes, a very very faint line showed up within ten minutes on a test strip this morning. I’m not TTC, I only took a test because I was sick yesterday morning. I’m only around 10dpo. I’m not sure if you can see the line on the photo, but let me know if you can!

@ivyrayne
I can definitely see a line there!
I'd definitely give it a day or two and test again with FMU, if it's a faint positive, it'll get stronger within 48 hours.
What are you hoping the outcome will be?
I'm resisting the urge to test again until Tuesday, thankfully, being on nightshift helps because I don't really have a FMU 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

I’m sure you’re strong enough to wait until Tuesday! It’s hard, but it’ll be worth it when you get your positive result! Keeping my fingers crossed for you. And thank you! I knew I saw something. I’ll be absolutely shocked if I am pregnant, I always use contraception. In all honesty, I have no idea how I’ll feel about the outcome. I’m only 20, and still at university so I really wanted to wait years until I tried for a baby. However, I have endometriosis, so I can’t help but be happy about the fact I’m actually able to get pregnant. Me and my partner are in a happy and stable relationship, we both work and live together too, so I’m sure we’d be fine. But I might not be, so we’ll see! Everything happens for a reason! (Below is a better quality photo of the test)

I have something on a clear blue 6 days early test. I went back a few hours later but I really don’t know if it’s an evap or a positive. I know cb are notorious for Eva’s. I’m going doctors just in case.

Hello darling I have the same experience . Have you got a positive result yet thanks in advance 😊

Adultiguess · 10/10/2022 13:21

Hi hun, no not yet. Doctors are a nightmare taking ages to get an appointment. I’m going to get a first response as we speak because I know they’re more reliable:)

Adultiguess · 10/10/2022 15:27

These are my tests in order of them being taken, the last is a first response with concentrated urine.

Unfortunately clear blue tests are notorious for evap lines. I reckon stick to pink dye tests as they often don’t get evaps x
