TTC 5+ years.... is this a line?!

Tell me I'm not seeing things! I'm CD30 (usual cycle length 27-28) however we only DTD CD9 and 10, if this was real wouldn't it be darker by now? I'm finding it hard to believe this could be a real positive. We've been trying since June 2017.

Cautious congratulations.

Those tests take a long while to darken. Since you’re about 20dpo, I’d be tempted to try a Clear Blue Weeks indicator (and I rarely recommend them, but it might give you some clarity).

The only way to know is to look for progression. Good luck.

Sperm can stay around for up to 5 days, so you could have caught it. I would suggest trying a frer test if you can.

Tested with the only other tests I have in the house, no mistaking that's a line! I'm waiting for a call back from the GP as I'm on some medication that's not safe during pregnancy and I've had a recent kidney infection and a lot of pain so there is definitely a worry from me it's an ectopic, hopefully they can give me some reassurance.

Tested with a clear clue digital (1-2 weeks) yesterday, but today's tests barely have any second line, I'm on CD32, the fact the line is getting so much fainter isn't a good sign. I'm gutted. This baby is so much wanted.

Don’t worry about fainter tests, so many things can cause that- weaker urine, less dye in tests. A line is a line

It can also depend on how hydrated you are. Mine are a lot more faint if it's not the first wee of the day

Thank you for your kind words. I've had some spotting too, although old blood not fresh. It was FMU so I'm going to test again in the morning assuming my period doesn't decide to arrive today as that will be the mystery answered in the worst way. My 11 year old is being very clingy today, I've tried not to let her see anything is up but she's incredibly perceptive, so whereas usually she has lots of projects on the go, things to craft, code or build, today she just wants to cuddle under a blanket and read with me. At this rate we're going to get through the whole Worst Witch series of books in a day!

Unfortunately I've had spotting all weekend, and tests getting fainter, and then my period has arrived in full today. I'm gutted but I'm trying to hold onto hope that at least we got pregnant once, so it's possible again
