Hello
I'm looking for a little advice. I have irregular periods and over the last year they are now a little longer between 30-34 days. More around the 30 day mark, so my ovulation is getting later in my cycle 21 days this month! Could this impact fertility and is there anything I can do/take to encourage my cycles to regulate!

been tested for fertility and my tests are all normal!

Thanks

Hi Reen, I have long cycles also and ovulating late in your cycle isn't a massive issue unless your luteal phase is short- that's the part that can make it difficult to conceive. So I usually ovulate around day 20-21 and my luteal phase is 9-10 days, which is quite short. This makes it difficult because it doesn't give as long for a fertilised egg to implant. But it's not impossible and I have conceived 3 times (one living baby) and I'm currently TTC in my 9th cycle. How long have you been trying?
